Shipping, pre-orders, and returns

AgriRobo Mini is currently offered as an early-access pre-order. This page explains how fulfilment cohorts, cancellation before shipment, and delivery issue resolution work for customers in India.

Fulfilment

Pre-order shipping

AgriRobo Mini is fulfilled in early-access cohorts. After your demo or reservation, the AgriRobo team will confirm your cohort, delivery expectations, and any setup details before shipment.

Early-access fulfilment is currently planned for India. Because this is a cohort launch, exact serviceability and delivery timing may vary by city, batch, and operational readiness.

Shipping charges

Standard shipping within India is currently INR 299 per AgriRobo Mini order. If a special delivery arrangement is required for your city, the team will confirm it before final payment or shipment.

Once your early-access cohort is ready for dispatch, typical handling time is 0-14 days and estimated transit time is 3-10 days, depending on city, courier service, and operational readiness.

Cancellation

Pre-order cancellation before shipment

You may cancel your AgriRobo pre-order any time before shipment by emailing hello@agrirobo.in. If the order has not shipped, AgriRobo will process a full refund for the pre-order amount paid.

Include the name, email, phone number, city, and any order or reservation details used during booking so the team can identify the reservation quickly.

After shipment

If your order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible in the same way as an unshipped pre-order. Contact AgriRobo immediately at hello@agrirobo.in so the team can review the shipment status and available options.

Delivery Issues

Damaged, missing, or incorrect items

If your AgriRobo unit or included starter items arrive damaged, missing, or incorrect, contact hello@agrirobo.in within 7 days of delivery. Include photos, delivery details, and a clear description of the issue.

AgriRobo will review the case and help with replacement, repair, missing-item support, or another appropriate resolution based on the issue. Do not discard packaging or damaged components until the support team has reviewed the case.

Used product returns

Because AgriRobo is an early-access hardware product involving water, nutrients, seedlings, and setup conditions, standard used-product returns are not currently offered as an automatic return window. Support cases are reviewed individually for damaged, incorrect, or defective items.
