By visiting agrirobo.in or placing a pre-order with AgriRobo, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Pre-Orders

• Pre-order prices are early-access promotional prices and are locked in for reserved units only.
• Pre-orders are fulfilled in cohorts. We will notify you of your estimated delivery window after booking.
• You may cancel your pre-order at any time before shipment by emailing hello@agrirobo.in for a full refund.

Limitation of Liability

AgriRobo provides its products and services "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AgriRobo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

Intellectual Property

All content on agrirobo.in — including text, images, and software — is the intellectual property of AgriRobo and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
